Lids: All lids are dishwasher safe and designed for easy cleaning. A straw brush can be used to access the nook or smaller spaces. Soaking the parts in distilled white vinegar beforehand will help breakup buildup in inaccessible areas.
Straws: The straws can be easily removed and put in the dishwasher’s silverware bin.
Cup: If the cup is made stainless steel, hand-wash with warm, soapy water.

But here’s the thing: our stainless-steel bottles are triple-layer insulated, which means that the liquids are insulated from the temperature outside of the bottle. So while yes, the bottle is technically freezer safe, we just recommend putting a few ice cubes in the bottle instead.
