North Goose offers a highly cost-effective delivery service. Typically, we ship orders from our US warehouse, and you can expect your items to be delivered within 3-5 business days. When you make a purchase, we will provide you with an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. The shipping date estimates may vary depending on the available shipping providers and will be displayed on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping Costs& Tax
Free shipping on all US orders over $40.
Customs offices in the destination country impose taxes based on their respective rules and policies. It is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about the tax situation in their country. Please note that shipments from all our warehouses are delivered without any duties paid. Therefore, if there are any charges imposed, it is the customer’s responsibility to settle them. In the event that a customer refuses to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, they assume full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees.

We ship your in-stock orders as soon as possible, typically on the same day or the following day. However, there may be certain circumstances where it might take longer. If your item is currently in stock, it is estimated to be shipped on the next business day. Please note that all estimates are based on business days.
The expected delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days. However, unforeseen events beyond our control, such as force majeure, may cause delays in order processing. Rest assured, we will prioritize processing your order promptly whenever possible, considering weather conditions.
For customers in the UK/EU countries, we offer international shipping options. The shipping charge will be calculated based on the weight of the product during the checkout process.
International Standard Shipping: This method usually takes about 10 to 20 business days for delivery.
International Expedited Shipping: With this option, you can expect delivery within approximately 7 to 10 business days.
We take great care to ensure that our products are well-packaged and protected during transit. However, if you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@thenorthgoose.com within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. Make sure to note any visible damages and provide specific details, as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the
shipping carrier.
Orders Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an email called “Order Acknowledgement” to confirm the details of your order. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive another email called “Shipment Confirmation.” This email will contain important information such as your order number, the carrier responsible for delivering your package, the date and time your order was placed, the current status of your order, and tracking numbers for the items that have been shipped.
